Tessa Jenkins
STUDIO OWNER / LEAD TRAINER
RYT500, 2014
As the proud owner of The Works, I would like to welcome you to this space. This studio is dear to my heart as this is the location I took my first yoga class 15 years ago when it was run under the name Power Yoga Works. It was between the four walls of this studio where I fell in love with the practice of yoga, took my first teacher training, made lifelong friends, and taught my first yoga class.

Beth Mitchell
TEACHER / TRAINING FACILITATOR
RYT500, 2005
Whether it’s to let go or lean in Beth has you. Not the answer for you, the space for you, the faith in you, the belief in you. Her class will open you and ask you what are willing to give, right now? What do you want to discover, right now, about your mind, your body, your life? She is the ultimate guide. Perfectly imperfect, resilient, dedicated and prideful in her practice and her guidance of yours. Always.

Allison found yoga while trying to find a new, healthier way to move. She had no idea the impact it would end up having on her own personal journey - physically, mentally, and spiritually. Allison wants her classes to feel challenging, yet accessible. She encourages her students to find what works in their bodies, not comparing themselves and most importantly, to smile and have fun!

Lindsay Lin
TEACHER
RYT200, 2020
Yoga has always been a part of Lindsay’s life. My earliest memories include coming home from school and seeing my mom in a headstand in the living room! The more she practiced, the more she realized yoga provided both physical and mental benefits for her body. As a teacher, my goal is to see each class as a learning opportunity to help others find their own potential for growth.
